The Centre has over the years trained heads and deputies as well as other senior officials from the member countries. This is an endeavor to enhance their knowledge and skills of leadership and management. The courses coveres strategic planning, programming and budgeting of anti-corruption programmes. The latest leadership programme is held on the 21st to 25th August 2023, in Pretoria, South Africa.
The Centre in collaboration with the Commonwealth Secretariat is conducting this senior leadership and management training programme for deputy director-generals and commissioners of the ACA’s in Commonwealth African countries. The main purpose of this training is to ensure that leaders from various agencies are kept abreast with current and effective skills and knowledge to effectively lead and manage resources for the fight against corruption.
