This session will explore Political will as the cornerstone of anti-corruption reform and highlight best practices in fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Without political will, laws remain unenforced, reforms stall and institutions weaken. Leadership and collaboration together create the enabling environment for systemic change.

- Lack of oversight and transparency mechanisms
